It also launched an app for referees called REPS (Referee Engagement and Performance System) that supports the fans&rsquo; experience. &nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nTogether with Microsoft, the NBA is continuing to create customized, dynamic, virtual experiences to enhance the excitement of the NBA both during and beyond game-time.
